vidulus GmbH was founded in 2022 by Bastian Schwind-Wagner. vidulus is the parent company of the group and holds shares in its subsidiaries. Together they combine expertise for the financial industry, in particular the fund industry and its extended environment.
Group companies
concilio et labore GmbH, based in Kordel, Germany, bundles the competencies and procedures in the areas of combating money laundering and preventing the financing of terrorism, compliance, data protection, risk management and whistleblowing. The wholly owned subsidiary of vidulus GmbH acts as a competence center for consulting and management services, especially in the financial industry, including the fund industry and its extended environment.
generatum GmbH, based in Kordel, Germany, bundles competencies in the areas of cloud computing, in particular Amazon Web Services (AWS), software development and the development of static websites. The wholly owned subsidiary of vidulus GmbH acts as a competence center for the digitization of activities and processes, especially in the financial industry, incl. the fund industry and its extended environment.
Bastian has more than 25 years of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry. He is a recognised expert in the areas of risk management, anti-money laundering and compliance. He was employed by fund management companies for 21 years, where he held executive positions in the areas of risk management, compliance and AML/CFT, among others. In doing so, he got to know both corporate structures with over 4,000 employees and small companies with less than 10 people. It is in his nature to look beyond his own area of responsibility. Bastian has many years of experience as a managing director, board member and member of the ALFI Risk Management Steering Committee.
