vidulus GmbH has founded a subsidiary. With immediate effect, concilio et labore GmbH, based in Kordel, Germany, will bundle the competencies and procedures in the areas of anti-money laundering / prevention of terrorist financing, compliance and risk management. In the future, the wholly owned subsidiary of vidulus GmbH will act as a competence center for consulting and management services, especially in the financial industry, including the fund industry and its extended environment. Bastian Schwind-Wagner, managing director of the two companies, sums up the goal of the foundation: “To meet the increasing demand and to fully exploit future potential. With concilio et labore GmbH, the vidulus group has founded a new subsidiary in Kordel. With the additional company, the group is not only responding to the growing demand for solutions in the areas of anti-money laundering and compliance, the establishment of the subsidiary is rather a logical step for us to promote the growth of the still young group of companies.”
